This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:
Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my blog. I live in Montreal, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)
…or something like this:
The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.

“Being a first time building project, we found all the staff at PJT Constructions helpful & easy to work with. Communication was excellent and everything was explained to us very thoroughly and carefully. As with every development there are ups and downs and we found with our very few downs that they were rectified immediately and caused no grief or delay. PJ was always there to answer a call, resolve any issue and explain everything. He is very hands on and was always on-site to ensure everything was running smoothly. We have not only created a professional but personal relationship with him and look forward to working with him in the future. “

“I built my first property with PJT Constructions and found the process to be sufficient in every way. I would recommend them to others and would build with them again.”

Lyndiann & Steve Duncan were referred to PJT Constructions through an industry advocate. Their development, a palatial waterside development in Adelaide’s western region, has all the elements of what can only be considered a dream home- over 250sqm living, open light-filled spaces with spacious entertaining areas, bifold doors to extend taking the indoors out to waterfront views, home theatre and an entertainers kitchen including butler’s pantry.
Our team understands that clients developing dream homes want features and interior options that will offer a sense of luxury to their living spaces. Our trades include home automation specialists that can provide options such as lighting timers, one point destination for security systems, music control and lighting. Some recently built properties have also included ducted vacuum cleaners and laundry chutes to provide practicality for a more spacious lifestyle. We also have industry partnerships with companies like Smeg and can negotiate with suppliers on your behalf.
In our consultation process we attempt to understand your vision for the development and project goals. Lyndiann and Steve decided on a builders finish and they tell us they are looking forward to working on their landscaping and gardening once they have settled into the home. Other clients have chosen a full turnkey package. You can read more about these options here (provide hyperlink)
Our company prides itself on high levels of workmanship and we develop each property as though it is our own. If you would like to take a walk through a recently developed high end property to see our quality and workmanship please arrange a time with our team, 0411 162 320
Gina & Johnny Carbone, a newly married couple, decided to start their investment portfolio with PJT Constructions as their builder of choice.
When first considering an investment portfolio it is always important to know the regulations pertaining to the council district that you wish to build in. Our architect has intricate knowledge of the various council regulations and can assist in ensuring that you get the maximum return for your investment.
As part of the initial consultation process with Gina & Johnny we endeavoured to understand the following information for all our clients..
Gina & Johnny sought advice from our architect on what could be achieved and had a very clear idea of the contemporary finish they wanted. The couple opted for a complete turnkey package in which PJT Constructions completes all aspects including installation of air conditioners, carpets and basic landscaping. Our mini showroom also features a range of contemporary selections that cover a range of colour palette’s and textures on offer.
Gina & Johnny now live in one of the properties and rent out the remaining two properties and are now looking into their next investment project.

Sara was in her mid 20’s when she decided to build her first home in the Western suburbs. After liaising with one of our recommended mortgage brokers Sara was also able to capitalise on the first home buyers grant which was an option available to her at the time. Our recommended mortgage brokers have absolutely no affiliation with PJT Constructions but are recommended by us as they have access to a range of lending deals across all major banks and other lending institutions. This ensures that our clients receive the absolute best borrowing options available.
When first liaising with PJT Constructions our team sought to understand exactly what was important for Sara in the design of her new home. Being a working professional and also having limited land space, Sara wanted a townhouse with a downstairs open plan to allow for weekend entertaining with friends. Sara was able to peruse through an array of PJT Constructions floor plans and designs that were best suited to her land. Sara was consulted on the array of facades from classic through to urban. Sara was also provided the option to tweak any designs to suit her style of living which would then be redesigned by our architect. Our team was also able to provide 3d imagery to provide Sara with a clear idea of what her home would look like upon completion.
Once the initial consultation process was completed and Sara decided to move forward and proceed with submitting plans to council. Our PJT Constructions architect was able to submit all plans to council for approval, including the sourcing of engineering and conveyancing reports by external parties that are required by council for planning approval. Costs of these reports, including architect fees were provided to Sara in the consultation process and are separate to the building cost.
Some clients also have done much of the ground work in sourcing reports and seeking planning approval before speaking with us. We understand that for the first home buyer it can be an overwhelming experience and it is a service that we are more than happy to provide if clients would like us to.
Once building commenced Sara was updated at every stage of the build. Our estimated building time for a double storey home is approximately 9 months from the time of the foundation being laid. Our project manager liaised with Sara at every step of the build and she had complete access via telephone and email to our project manager. Site visits were available in consultation with the project manager. Our project manager and entire office team worked meticulously behind the scenes to ensure the scheduling of trades to Sara’s project was streamlined and flowing in the order it needed to be.
Sara chose selections from tiles, paint colour, bathroom taps and so on once the foundation was laid. This means that our team has sufficient time to order materials as the interior work usually rolls around quickly!
Sara chose a full turn key package which meant that our PJT Constructions team will do everything from installing air conditioning units to landscaping driveways and garden beds. Contact us if you would like to learn more about our various building options.
